POSITION: Office Assistant / Secretary
HOURS: 5 days per week, 7:30 AM – 4 PM, Monday – Friday, 1/2 hour lunch.
LOCATION: Franklin Lakes, NJ
We are a HVAC Contractor with an office in Franklin Lakes NJ and we are looking to hire employee to work in our office.
Typical examples of work include answering the phone, scheduling new clients, data entry, managing other employees in the field, scheduling inspections with building departments and making payments to subs/vendors.
Must be at least proficient with QuickBooks.
Must have skills and experience in an office setting.
Position is full time
Must have a pleasant phone demeanor.
Must be organized and independent.
Skills in accounting and bookkeeping desired.
Pay is negotiable based on your skills.
