Casa Nela is looking for full-time Garde Manger Cook to join our culinary team at Bobo Restaurant. If you have a passion for French cuisine and a drive to hone your culinary career then we want to meet you!

REQUIREMENTS:
-Skills include: Operating fryer
-Skills include: Oyster shucking, salad preparation, etc
-Prior experience or interest cooking in an high volume restaurant (NYC experience preferred)
-Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
-Familiar with industry's best practices, including department of health standards
-Availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays
-Positive attitude; a team player that's willing to assist others to provide the best possible guest experience every time!
