Apartment Maintenance Repairs Turns

I have an immediate need for a apartment-maintenance-repair-turnover person.

This might be fill-in/overflow to a heavy current need.

It might also lead to a long term need, depending on where things lead.

I am not looking for a "crew" or company. It doesn't work well in this situation.

Please respond back with a little bit of effort, stating why you are interested.

The easy parts:

The assumption here is that if you are interested in this job, then you have a standard skill set for apartment maintenance and repairs. We have a significant need for regular plumbing related repairs. Also looking for you to regularly paint.

The hard parts:

You must have reliable transportation, dependable, able to show up, and stick to a schedule.

You must able to competently answer your phone and use a couple of apps to track work.

You must have a cooperative demeanor with the owner, tenants, other employees and vendors.

You must be drama free, and drug free.
