Seeking Therapists: LCSW APSW LPC LPC-IT ATR
We are hiring licensed and pre-licensed psychotherapists and art therapists interested in using a variety of creative techniques in their practice. (If you don’t have experience with more than talk therapy, that’s okay, we’ll train and guide you!)
Our leadership team has over 50 years of experience in the field. Our philosophy is that our workers are treated with unconditional positive regard. We support our staff.
Our staff have access to a variety of art supplies, numerous therapeutic tools and games, a yoga/meditation/dance space, an extensive library of books to use with clients of all ages, a sand tray room with hundreds of miniatures.
We serve a variety of children, adults, including those on the autism spectrum, for example. (Note: we are especially interested in practitioners willing to work with children.)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs.
-Understand and practice trauma-informed, evidence and strengths-based care.
-Practice with the understanding that current societal stressors and historical trauma continue to negatively impact the diverse clients we serve.
-Use unconditional positive regard with both clients and co-workers.
Experience:
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in psychology, social work or professional counseling required.
-APSWs and LPCs-IT welcome.
