Personal Assistant Needed Working for:
Married Rockstar Couple
Not asking for much but pay is good and weekly
3 Days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)
5hrs a day (10am - 3pm)
Home office Type Environment (Somewhere By Walmart on Gail Gardener)
Fast pace busy home office with many moving parts, Multitasking skills helpful.
Experience Preferred but Not Necessary
Knowledge of Real Estate Transactions
Schedule Home building Trades on a Construction site and work with inspectors.
Can Follow through with a Task and give updated status reports on status of project or Task without being asked first.
Fast pace busy home office with many moving parts changing daily (Must be able to Change Direction on the Fly)
Not afraid to take the lead on a any projects.
Take Direction and have the answers when ask or know how to get them
Self Motivator , Self Supervising
Computer knowledge and some artistic abilities helpful
Document/Form Creating in Adobe Pro.
Can Use, Modify and Navigate Transaction Software
Can update Social Medial with New Marketing Material
Knows how scheduled on a Calendar and Complete a task per agreed Due date (And Sync All 7 Calendars, Google, iCloud, Outlook, Calendly, Website, Office, Personal, + Multiple Software Apps,
Computer System Apps including:
MS Office 365 Apps
Excel
Word
Adobe
One Note
SharePoint
Outlook
Calendar
GoDaddy
