PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings using Outlook Calendar
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and edit documents using DocuSign and Microsoft Office Suite
- Transcribe and proofread documents as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- File and organize documents both physically and digitally
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide excellent service
- Make payments
Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Making mortgage payments, multiple properties
- pay bills, credit cards, car payment
