Service Technician

Win-Dor is seeking a full time Service Technician

Win-Dor LLC is hiring for a full-time Service Technician - Performing warranty and non-warranty repairs at homes. You must be able to diagnose issues and determine if a situation is a warranty item or not and appropriately relay the information to your supervisor.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and works well in a team-oriented and individual setting.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for reviewing work orders.

Performing warranty and non-warranty repairs at customer’s homes by adjusting components, installing products and replacing parts and pieces, performing water tests, taking measurements, and documenting all worked performed.

Responsible for safely driving to locations scheduled.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.

Job Requirements:

Prior Installation and/or service work experience; technical or mechanical ability is preferred

You must have prior construction experience

Clean Department of Motor Vehicle record

Ability to lift 50 lbs. daily and climb up a ladder up to 40 ft

Basic math skills

Attention to detail

Clean work environment, on site and vehicle

Able to work quickly and accurately

Able to accurately use a tape measure and safely use power tools\

Able to interact with customers representing WinDors core values and expertise

English/Spanish bilingual is a plus!

Hours: 7am-3:30pm

Starting pay: $22-25/hr to start depending on experience level

Background (criminal and driving), and drug test is required.

Must have Valid California Drivers License/Pass Drug Screen
