Payrate: $17-$18 Aerospace background
General Position Summary:
Perform Acceptance Test and or Qualification Test requirements on various products. Essential functions/major responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to as additional responsibilities may be assigned:
Daily responsibilities:
1. Visual, mechanical, and electrical inspection.
2. Coordinate with production, engineering, and shipping.
3. Prioritizing and scheduling for inspection and testing.
Solely responsible for:
1. Acceptance Testing.
2. Qualification Testing.
3. Test set ups.
4. Inspection and recording of data for final End Item Data Package (EIDP) documentation submission to the customer.
Independent decisions:
1. Inspection and testing.
2. Accept and reject products.
3. Prioritize which products are scheduled for Q.C. inspection and testing.
Machines, Computers, Equipment used:
1. Digital volt meter
2. Megohmmeter
3. AC/DC Hi-pot tester
4. Digital caliper
5. AC/DC power supply
6. Microscope
Knowledge of Software:
1. Microsoft Access

QC & Documentation Specialist E-Verify
Schedule: Mon- Friday 8am-4:30p
Pay range: $25-$30
Job Summary:
The QC & Documentation Specialist will be responsible for the flow of information (Verbal & Written) to and from the suppliers and customers as well as support for quality and engineering functions.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (some college preferred) or comparable work experience.
Experience & Training
2+ year(s) work experience in administration/customer service (preferably in a manufacturing environment). Experience with ISO 9001 environment a plus. Must be familiar with MRP/ERP systems. Must have a working knowledge or Prop 65, Reach, Rohs and conflict minerals.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; Must possess strong interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels within and outside of the organization. Must have experience with word processing, spreadsheets, computer applications; Ability to pay close attention to detail, work under pressure and meet deadlines; Ability to organize, prioritize and successfully multitask; Be adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for responding to request for new, missed or updated documents from the customer service staff.
Handle requests for documents such as NAFTA, ROHS, etc.
Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Input information as required into the ERP system.
Provides engineering support for quality issues.
Identifies customer quality requirements by analyzing customer purchase orders and creating a quality plan meeting those requirements. Reviews company’s Bill of Material and adds quality requirements. Also, evaluates suppliers’ purchase orders ensuring they are approved sources and conform to quality requirements defined on Bill of Material.
Compiles and verifies proper and accurate documentation for part prior to shipping.
Assist with ISO9001/AS9100 documents as necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
80% sitting at desk, 20% walking/standing; Bending, lifting up to 10 lbs. Heavy contact with computers/calculators, repetitive finger/hand movement; Strenuous eye focus utilizing the computer and paperwork.
Shipping/ Receiving Clerk E-Verify
Pay Range:$17.50-$20
Monday- Friday
Job Summary:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment, working within the FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL websites. The clerk may have to also prepare goods to deliver direct to customers.
Essential Duties:
Receives, unpacks, inspects, and stores incoming materials and supplies.
Use shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation.
Maintaining inventory: preparing shipping orders and work orders.
Handling returns: reviewing returns, sending return packaging to customers, and adding products back to inventory.
On occasion, assist with preparing manufacturing packs to provide to our procurement employees and assemblers.
Minimum Qualifications:
1-year of prior shipping and receiving experience.
Accounts Payable Clerk E-Verify
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-330p
Pay Range: $23-$25
Core Responsibilities:
Enter 2-way and 3-way vouchers into Accounting System
Communicate with employees in multiple locations regarding orders and vendor requests
Manage shared Accounts Payable e-mail inbox
Create and process vendor payments and employee reimbursements via printed check and ACH/EFT
Reconcile vendor statements
Communicate and coordinate with Accounts Payable team, Buyers, and Shipping/Receiving Departments
Manage and reconcile multiple company credit cards
Build and maintain rapport with employees and vendors
Create and maintain electronic Accounting files
Other accounting projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 2-4 years’ experience in Accounting related work
Understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Research and problem-solving skills
Quick learner and ability to juggle multiple tasks
Organization skills with exceptional attention to detail
Work well in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to type 35 WPM or greater
Eligible to work in the United States

Customer Service Rep.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 6am-230p, 7am- 330p, 8am- 430p
Payrate: $20 DOE
Duties
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and organizing materials
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Perform data entry tasks and update databases as needed
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Support the front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail, managing deliveries, and ensuring the reception area is tidy

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and document management
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling customer inquiries
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
