POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- 1-2 years of service experience in a fast-paced, fine dining restaurant required

- Sommelier-level wine knowledge is strongly preferred

- Attention to detail

- Weekend availability required

- Polished and professional demeanor

- Positive, team-player mentality

- Ability to take initiative and assist colleagues without prompting

- A love for farm-to-table food, seasonality, and genuine hospitality

- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure situations

- Ability to take and process constructive feedback

- Excellent communication skills

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

- 47.90-71.84 hourly

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
