Receptionist for Remodeling Company
The construction/remodeling company seeks an upbeat and friendly full-time office assistant. You will handle incoming phone calls, maintain the customer database, perform general office duties, and run various errands. Good verbal and writing skills are required. In addition, excellent filing and organizational skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct clients and visitors.
Answer the phone.
Provide information to clients, staff, and visitors.
Manage appointment and follow up with customers
Assist with data entry
Maintain work schedule.
Assist showroom sales staff as needed
Build and maintain positive relationshipswithvendors
Availability to work on Saturdays; Sundays and week day off
