Having thrived purely online, we are now expanding into the local market by forming partnerships with hotels and concierges. We're looking for an outgoing and personable Sales Representative to help drive this next phase of growth!

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to engage with hotels in the South Beach area, as well as promote our tours directly to vacationers. This is a performance-based position. Your primary mission is to increase bookings and build a database of hotel contacts. Daily duties would involve going hotel to hotel, building relationships with hotel management, front desk staff, concierges, and guest services by explaining our tour offerings for their guests & commission program for the staff.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people, both in hotels and on the street. Outdoor sales or promotional experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:

Visit hotels in-person weekly to establish relationships and introduce our tour products.

Promote our favorable commission program, offering hotels the chance to earn same-day commissions on guest bookings.

Educate hotel staff on our services, including tour pickup and dropoff options for guests.

Develop a weekly plan to visit and pitch to a specific number of hotels.

Build a comprehensive database of 300-400+ hotels in South Beach within the first 90 days.

Track visits, interactions, and outcomes, and maintain an updated contact database.

Provide hotels with promotional materials (flyers, ticket vouchers, etc.) and restock as needed.

Maintain strong relationships with partnered hotels, visiting regularly to ensure ongoing support.

Promote tours directly to vacationers in high-traffic areas like Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road Mall, and the beach.

Report progress to management regularly.

Achieve weekly goals based on hotel visits and bookings generated.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, especially in hospitality or tourism, is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.

Organized with attention to detail, especially in tracking and reporting.

Familiarity with South Beach’s hotel and tourism industry is a plus.

Reliable transportation for visiting hotels regularly.

Compensation Details:

Base Salary: $600 biweekly (Paid on the 1st and 15th)

Commission Bonuses - hotel bookings - (Paid Weekly):

10-19 tours sold per week: $50 bonus

20-29 tours sold per week: $100 bonus

30-39 tours sold per week: $200 bonus

40+ tours sold per week: $250 bonus

Direct Sales Commission: $15 per person for any tours you sell directly to vacationers.
