We are an independent automotive service facility with 25+ years serving HILO, and the Big Island and were looking for a diamond in the Kalo patch. Management experience not necessary, willing to train the right candidate.

-Responsible for Service Department gross profit generation and departmental expense management.
-Responsible for managing all open repair orders prioritizing aging repair orders on a daily basis.
-Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need.
-Understanding customer’s requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.
-Conducting weekly department meetings including Advisors, Techs, Cashiers and Support Staff.
-Ensuring the team is exceeding the customers' expectations with the service being performed. Keeping the customer informed and updated during the service of their vehicle.
-Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, and attends product training as required.
-Maintain a service customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer -satisfaction.
-Hiring and supervising all service department personnel, as well as monitoring their performance in servicing customers.
