Security Officer
Applicants MUST possess a minimum of three years of experience in high-end retail security and demonstrate strong customer service skills with strong presence.
DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a proactive approach to security while enhancing the overall experience for our clients customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
OBSERVE - Provide maximum awareness, look for inconsistencies in your surroundings.
REPORT - Document information regarding status changes, incidents, critical situation.
DETER - Exhibit positive presence, mindset, and mentality at all times.
Monitor store premises and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and property.
Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Conduct regular patrols of the store, monitoring for theft, disturbances, and safety hazards.
Collaborate with management to implement security policies and procedures effectively.
Prepare detailed reports on any incidents or unusual activities for management review.
Assist in training staff on safety and security protocols.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card) License
MUST have black cargo pants and a black polo.
High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent
Must have reliable means of transportation
Strong communication skills
Strong customer skills
Skilled at de-escalating situations through effective verbal communication, with non-aggressive approach.
Minimum of one (1) year of Security Customer Service Experience in an Upscale Surroundings.
A comprehensive resume is needed during the interview.
SKILL AND ABILITIES:
Previous experience in security or a related field preferred (min. of 3yrs)
