Executive Assistant
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves providing comprehensive support to our executive team in a hybrid work environment, splitting time between on-site and remote work. This position is crucial to the smooth operation of our organization and requires a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the Executive Director's and Director of Finance's schedule and calendar to ensure efficient time management. Liaise with other managers on the executive team to gather and compile necessary documents for executive meetings. Utilize Microsoft Teams to create channels and facilitate effective communication among team members. Employ SharePoint for efficient document management and collaboration. Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage emails, draft correspondence, and handle data management tasks respectively. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information by proactively managing up to managers. Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and articulate speaking and writing skills to maintain a high level of professionalism. Provide support documentation as needed to facilitate executive decision-making. Utilize exceptional writing skills to draft correspondence and other necessary documentation. Exhibit a professional demeanor and manner in all interactions, reinforcing the organization's professional image. Requirements Must hold at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role Demonstrated expertise in Calendar Management Strong Communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to Proper, Appropriate, Engaging Grammar and Exceptional Writing abilities Experience in managing Conference Calls and Correspondence Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, SharePoint Features, SharePoint Site, Microsoft Teams, MS Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel Must exhibit Professional Demeanor, Professional Manner, and Professional Phone Etiquette Proven ability to create and manage Support Documentation Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines High level of discretion and confidentiality Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team High attention to detail and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
