Description We are in search of a confident and resourceful Contract Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for implementing a variety of human resource activities for our company.Responsibilities:

Administer compensation and benefit plans.

Address employee queries regarding office management issues.

Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, and issuing employment contracts.

Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.

Implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Create, implement, and revise HR policies and procedures.

Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

Understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle data and confidentiality with utmost discretion, integrity, and sensitivity.

Outstanding people skills and ability to resolve conflicts.

Degree in Human Resources or related field.
