Is that you?Sign-On Bonus for Eligible New HiresWork location: Texas Health Alliance: 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, Texas 76244Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Evening Shift; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3pm-1:30am. Rotating holiday call requiredSign-on bonus: for eligible CT Technologist’s (eligible upon hire with a signed retention agreement)Department highlights:· Team based environment· Workplace culture 2nd to none· Fast paced department averaging 200 patients/day (radiology as a whole)· Full-service department includes CT, Nuclear Medicine, Xray (portables, Fluoro, Surgery), Ultrasound, MRI, Echo, Mammo· We operate on Lean principles and rely heavily on a team atmosphere and individual performance· Highly engaged Radiology managementQualifications - ExternalHere’s What You NeedEducation· Other Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required Or· Associate's Degree preferred· Other- CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency requiredExperience· 1 year radiologic technologist experience w/out ARRT-CT required or· no experience w/ARRT-CT required· 1 year of CT Technologist experience preferredLicenses and Certifications· ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R upon hire required And· ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT (w/no radiology tech exp) upon hire required Or· ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT (w/1 year radiology tech exp) 12 months required And· CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (Either by the TDH or TMB) upon hire required And· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly requiredWhat You Will DoImaging Procedures, Quality and Processing· Explains procedures to patient or guardian / family member if applicable prior to exam· Positions patient to correct anatomical area of interestPatient Care· Uses multidisciplinary, team oriented actions· Assesses and recognizes the patient's emotional, physical, developmental, cognitive and psychosocial conditionsEquipment Operation and Maintenance· Adjusts technical factors· Operates, cares for and maintains equipmentProfessional Accountability and Partnership· Maintains and enhances technical skills and technology advancement· Performs any assignment deemed necessary by supervisorAdditional perks of being a Texas Health CT Technologist:· Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment Program as well as several other benefits.· At Texas Health, our people make this a great place to work every day.
