DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Manger to help drive enrollment and growth for AWS Cloud Institute. In this high-impact and high-visibility role, you'll partner with bizOps, finance, engineering and product teams to define, develop and manage partnerships, b2b scaling efforts and enrollment. This position will be responsible for financial analysis, feature definition and prioritization, managing voice of customer feedback, and developing and maintaining product roadmap(s) for relevant product features.Key job responsibilities

Serve as the Voice of the Customer for several product lines throughout its life cycle from initial concept creation to launch, and subsequent support of the product.

Drive product development efforts, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, and launch efforts.

Assist in developing new products by evaluating the business and competitive landscape, understanding customer needs and value drivers

Write business and product requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.

Measure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers

Research and identify new opportunities

Present confidently to Amazon senior management as well as other large audiences.

4+ years of product management experience

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market.
