Tax Office Administrative Assistant (Training Provided)

We are looking for a Tax Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in tax preparation while working in an administrative capacity. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties, including answering phones, filing, and data entry.

Assist clients with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Support tax preparers with administrative tasks and document management.

Organize and maintain office supplies and client files.

Training Opportunity:

Selected candidates will participate in a complimentary, comprehensive two-week tax preparation and office skills training program. This training will teach you how to prepare taxes and provide valuable knowledge to assist accountants. While this program is unpaid, it offers you a new skill set that can lead to future income-generating opportunities.

Requirements:

Must have some office experience (administrative, customer service, or similar).

Ability to work the hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

Hourly wage: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience, plus opportunities for seasonal bonuses.
