Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in documentation and a passion for the mortgage industry? Adecco is seeking a dedicated Loan Documentation Specialist to join our client’s team in Charlotte, NC.As a Loan Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that loan documentation and lien perfection adhere to strict bank policies and procedures. This is a 12 month contract position with the potential to become a permanent role.Top reasons to work with Adecco:

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in the financial industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational, writing, and client/customer communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift 30 pounds

Experience with mortgage documentation

Experience with scanning documents

Familiarity with Loan IQ Plus (preferred)

Description:

Reviewing loan documentation for accuracy and completeness

Supporting due diligence activities and collateral perfection

Monitoring loan documentation for a specific market segment

Assisting with loan approval and document reviews

Designing and maintaining efficient filing and organizational processes

Collaborating with various teams, including Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, and legal counsel

Processing and scanning loan documentation

Tracking and controlling file access

Archiving and purging outdated data

Completing file inventories
