Payrate: $18 - $20.70 per hour (depending on shift), with pay increases after training (4-6 months)

Shifts Available: Day, Swing, and Night Shifts

What You’ll Do:

- Operate and monitor machines to manufacture products efficiently and accurately

- Perform equipment setups, adjustments, and routine maintenance

- Ensure product quality by conducting inspections and tests throughout the process

- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
