Job Summary:
The Legal Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing general administrative support to the Legal Department and certain executives.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is: $46,394 - $67,271, depending on experience.
Principal Accountabilities:
Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to calendaring meetings, drafting communications, coordinating travel, and other administrative tasks.
Provide transactional support to in-house counsel, including but not limited to, routing internal signatures, comparing documents, managing internal approvals, insurance matters, and filing and distribution of signed agreements.
Draft and send formal correspondence to customers and other parties.
Support the Paralegal in a variety of ways, including but not limited to, management of corporate entity formation, maintenance, other corporate governance items, business license compliance and leasing matters.
Support with legal invoicing process and records retention.
Send nondisclosure agreements and support with management of the NDA database.
Provide general administrative support to certain executives on an as-needed basis.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant experience, either with an in-house legal department, a law firm or a related administrative setting.
High School diploma or equivalent
