Full Time Painter For Apartment Interiors / Ext ($25-28 Per Hour)

We are a property maintenance company in Seattle looking for an experienced and reliable painter for ongoing projects in our company. We regularly turn units that will need to be prepped and sprayed out. So you must have sprayer experience. $25 - $28 per hour doe with 90 day review / increase

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and paint apartments, bedrooms, and common areas

-Apply primers and finish according to specifications

-Work efficiently to meet project deadlines

- Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail

Requirements:

-3+ years of painting experience

-Knowledge of paint types and applications

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

-Reliable transportation for job site travel
