We have an immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED Technician. L4 Certified Jaguar Land Rover Technicians. We are here to help you be successful with the tremendous support from our amazing team.

As an Automotive Technician you will be responsible to professionally service our guests' vehicles and ensuring quality work, while delivering an excellent guest experience. The prospective candidate must have previous experience in the automotive industry.

Compensation: Up to $65 per flag hour with additional bonus for EVSAP certification

Responsibilities and duties:

Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership’s and factory standards.

Perform Alignments, fluid exchanges, brakes and suspension and translate customer needs.

Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.

Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.

Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.

Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.

Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Maintain an organized and neat shop area.

Qualifications and skills

Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information whether electronic or paper-based

2 to 3 years of automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred

ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications preferred but not required

Excellent dexterity skills as well as patience, creativity, good judgment and an eye for detail

Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S

High School Diploma or equivalent

A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
