Walls by Design Painting and Decorating is on the hunt for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and driven Marketing Manager who can handle ALL things marketing. We need someone who lives and breathes creativity and isn’t afraid to wear many hats.
We’re not just looking for any marketer—we’re looking for an Energizer Bunny who loves to tell stories, meet new people, and share our brand’s message with the world. If you’ve got a passion for digital marketing, branding, and being a brand ambassador in the Denver Metro area, this might just be the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
Film jobsite content for social media that will make people stop scrolling and hit "like" (and follow, of course)
Organize and manage trade shows, farmer’s markets, and home shows that leave a lasting impression
Own and run our social media accounts like the pro you are!
Assist in video creation because, let’s face it, video is king
Engage with customers, nurture leads, and make sure our audience feels connected to us
Craft compelling emails, newsletters, flyers, and direct mail that scream, “You need us!”
Design eye-catching flyers and collaborate with print vendors to distribute them to the right people
Attend networking events and build relationships that expand our brand reach
Be our #1 brand ambassador, always ready to promote our value and services
Who You Are:
Not necessarily young, but definitely young at heart!
Someone who thrives on freedom and autonomy yet is totally self-driven
A jack-of-all-trades who LOVES talking to people, creating content, and engaging in the world of marketing
Comfortable working remotely but able to show up in the Denver Metro area for local events (you'll need to be available on some weekends)
Super flexible—this job offers tons of autonomy, but you’ll also be accountable for meeting KPIs and joining a weekly check-in with us to review progress
Hours & Pay:
We’re starting at 25 hours a week, aiming to grow this to 40 hours by May 1st.
Starting pay: $625/week for part-time. Once we hit full-time, you’ll earn $1,200/week (and bonuses based on outcomes).
This is YOUR time to shine—work when you can, though we’ll need some availability during “normal” business hours (at least 5-10 hours/week).
