A leading Wealth Management team in Irvine, CA is seeking an Client Service Associate/ExecutiveAssistant. The firm is associated with LPL Financial, the largest independent broker dealer firm in the USA.

The qualified candidate must have great people skills and prior experience in all aspects associated with office administration such as Customer Service, Marketing and Operational duties in a small office environment. This position is responsible for customer service, new account forms, managing client databases, emails, interacting with home office, clients and vendors, following up on account transfers, meeting preparation, organization of compliance records/systems, and other related tasks.
The candidate must be able to handle client service issues independently in a high stress and fast paced environment and be able to multitask. This position requires an even temperament, strong organizational skills, and detail oriented.
Requirements The following requirements MUST be met:
LPL or other financial, banking, or brokerage firm experience
We are seeking a person with high level of computer proficiency including MS Office, Google, and internet research
Strong People skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Office work experience
Detailed background check
Helpful but not required:
Series 7/6, industry experience a plus
Notary license a plus
Fluent in mandarin a plus
Additional Details:
Our office is open Monday through Friday (7:30am - 4pm)
We are looking for part-time candidates who are available 4-5 day work weeks
