- Experienced, Licensed HVAC Mechanical Contractor

- Experienced, Licensed Plumber

- Experienced, Licensed Screen/Lanai Subcontractor

- Experienced, Licensed Residential Estimator

- Must have references

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Must have all proper paperwork to be a subcontractor

- Must pass background check
