Architect/Project Manager

Seeking an exceptional Architect/Project Manager. They will manage, organize, and coordinate project teams and team assignments, be responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents is consistent with design, intent, and be responsible for project schedules and budgets. We specialize in the design and development of Senior Housing Communities and Health Care Facilities across the country.

Required skills:

Possess strong CAD drafting skills

Proficient in AutoCAD

Knowledge of building codes and standards

Required experience:

At least 10 years professional experience

Licensed Architect registered in Florida is preferred or equivalent time practicing architecture with a high level of experience
