United Alloy is seeking an actively engaged IT Support Tech to add to our team at our Janesville, WI location! REPORTS TO: IT Operations Manager SUMMARY: This position is responsible for ensuring the overall security of United Alloy’s IT systems and applications by helping to ensure security policies and processes are followed. They will review, analyze and modify systems including testing and troubleshooting to support the organization’s security initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot and resolve user security related issues.

Proactively monitor logs and respond to alerts and alarms.

Maintain security related knowledgebase of policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures.

Create and maintain training materials and provide continuous training and support.

Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization.

Conduct Phishing and security training.

Help identify opportunities to streamline business processes to best leverage business systems.

Maintain and enhance performance and features of new and existing software and tools.

Secondary tasks may include involvement in the implementation of new security solutions and procedures.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external contacts.

Perform other position-related duties as assigned and support Helpdesk as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A strong understanding of Active Directory and identity management software must be possessed.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related experience.

3-5+ years working/supporting a secure IT environment.

The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Must possess effective written, verbal and oral communication skills.

Previous use of tools supporting functions like SSO, TFA, Role based AD groups.

Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions and work well in group problem solving situations.

Ability to work independently and has exceptional problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of processes and methodologies used to support large complex business enterprise systems.
