Front Desk Customer Service Associate
This role requires strong customer service and administrative skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Perform online data import at specific times each day
Call customers with their diagnosis and/or order updates
Notify customers when devices are ready for pick up
Make note of online repair approvals and notify technician/manager
Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area, ensuring items are stocked and refilled
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Proficient in using computers, ability to learn new software applications, with training
General knowledge of technology device types (laptop, tablet, chromebook, phone)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
