Ithaca Area Maintenance Folk Skilled and Unskilled Needed for Hire Now

We are looking for folks in, or that wish to commute, to Ithaca to fill a variety of maintenance positions we have available. Positions range from unskilled entry level help to semi-skilled to highly-skilled and supervisory positions.

We are a solid company based out of Ithaca and the surrounding areas that is steadily expanding its properties and employees in the area. Nice clean and well maintained properties with appreciative and pleasant tenants.

Great place to work! Looking for folks who wish to work as part of a team, and are happy to keep busy and perform good work. Folks that like to leave at the end of their work day feeling proud and happy about the work they performed, and the tenants whose lives were made better by it are who we wish to hire.

Pay is based on skill level and experience whether directly applicable or not. We are preferring people who like to stick around and stay on with one employer that is dedicated to keeping its workers working full time on a year round basis. Something a lot of other companies are unable to do! We care about our employees and most of us need a weekly paycheck every week of the year, so we refuse to lay folks off during the winter as it can be pretty bad for folks.
