Oregon Supported Living Program is currently hiring for Assistant Managers for our programs here in Eugene/Springfield. As an Assistant Manager you will fill a dual role as a Direct Support Professional providing support for the individuals living in the home as well as the responsibilities of the Assistant Manager.

What you will be doing:

As a DSP:

You will provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in ways that enhance the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of those we support.

Job duties included and not limited to:

Providing person centered companionship

Preparing meals and cleaning

Plan and participate activities in the community

Ensure daily tasks to provide a safe and heathy home

Possibly nursing delegations (not in all homes)

As an Assistant Manager:

Weekend work is required

Taking Weekend On-call for Program you are assigned to

Designated admin hours to complete tasks

Delegated monthly administrative tasks

Shopping for groceries and general house supplies

Not responsible for disciplinary actions.

Requirements Must be 18 years old - Must be able to pass federal background check - Must be able to safely lift up to 45 pounds – Must have a valid Driver’s License - Must work weekends.
