Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in connecting customers with the perfect pre-owned truck to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial truck sales, with fluency in Spanish (required). This individual will be responsible for driving sales of our inventory through effective communication, relationship-building, and a strong understanding of customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote our inventory and engage with potential customers.
- Engage, build, & maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their automotive preferences & needs
- Provide information on features, specifications, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each vehicle
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial automotive industry
- Fluent in English & Spanish, with proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-driven
-Strong work ethic & attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Knowledge of automotive financing options is a plus
Schedule:
-We are open M-F 9am-6pm; Saturdays 9am-2pm; Sundays closed.
-In the Spring/Summer our M-F hours swap to 9am-7pm.
-Saturdays are mandatory unless requested off in advance
-Days off would be Sundays & a week day.
Pay: Competitive salary and commission structure. Base salary negotiable with experience. Commission will be discussed further into the application process.
If reaching sales goals, representatives can make between $75,000 to $150,000 annually.
