Janitor
Part-Time Evenings Mon - Sat
Janitors are responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of an assigned area. The assigned area could be a building, hospital, warehouse, shopping mall or other facility. Exact tasks of janitorial are not definite, consequently, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as assigned by a Supervisor as mentioned below.

Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequently lift and/ or moving a minimum of 50 lbs. of office and facilities equipment and trash and the ability to safely use equipment provided. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Sitting, walking, standing, bending (neck), bending waist), squatting, climbing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, twisting (neck), twisting (waist), and talking or hearing.
Repetitive use of hands to finger, arms (left and right) for:
Simple grasping
Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
Fine manipulation

Reaching (above and or below shoulder level with hands and arms)
Lifting and Carrying object(s) from floor, table, and shelves overhead or distance.
Working around equipment and machinery
Walking on uneven ground
Exposure to noise
Exposure to dust, gas, fumes, cleaning products, and noise
Working at heights
Working with biohazards such us:
Bloodborne pathogens
Sewage
Hospital waste and others.
Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 25 pounds occasionally and frequently exert 10 to 20 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects
Indoor/outdoor work environment with exposure to weather extremes.
