Now Hiring Over Short and Damage warehouse clerk

Duties include :

Investigate and resolve issues: Investigate and resolve issues such as shortages, overages, damages, and refusals.

Prepare paperwork: Prepare paperwork and repack OS&D freight.

Communicate with customers:

Communicate with customers, dealers, and shipping carriers.

Perform quality control: Perform quality control inspections on freight shipments.

Maintain records: Maintain accurate records of OS&D freight issues and report them to management.

Monitor emails: Monitor OS&D related emails and respond as needed.

Use software: Use various software and technologies to perform OS&D functions.

Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with company procedures

Forklift cert is a plus
