Administrative Office Assistant
We are seeking a Bilingual/Spanish detail-oriented and organized office assistant for a General Contractor's small office. Our business is in the construction industry and some knowledge of materials and home renovation services is required.
This opportunity is not suitable for people with sole experience in the food industry, retail, or other.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure efficient daily business operations.
This is a 1099- Independent Contract work opportunity.
Duties:
- Manage calendars, coordinate and schedule customer appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a well-organized workspace, including files and records
- Process payments as needed
- Create work orders, estimates, and invoices as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual/Spanish
- Experience operating Quickbooks Online
- Experience with iOS Apple devices and software
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Prior proven experience in a similar role is required
