HR Recruiter
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Largo, Maryland. In this role, you will be working in a public service environment, focusing on full cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and administrative policy. Your responsibilities will include the collection and management of data, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to, and handling high volume recruitment.Responsibilities: Conduct full cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding Manage high volume recruitment, ensuring all vacancies are filled in a timely manner Assist with the onboarding process for new hires Collect and manage data related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Handle employee relations matters, acting as a point of contact for staff queries Use software such as NeoGov and Microsoft Office Suites to manage recruitment processes and maintain records Display strong attention to detail in all tasks Demonstrate excellent time management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks Maintain an organized approach to work, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Requirements Proficiency in using NeoGov software for recruitment and hiring processes Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook for administrative tasks Experience in high-volume recruitment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Expertise in Full Cycle Recruiting, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates Familiarity with Onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transition of new hires into the company Skilled in handling Employee Relations, promoting a positive work environment and resolving any conflicts Understanding of Administrative Policy, ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to company and legal guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on company hiring needs and standards Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of work.
