Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to emergency calls regarding water damage.

- Perform water extraction and clean-up services.

- Evaluate and document the extent of damage using industry-standard tools and software.

- Set up advanced drying equipment and monitor progress.

- Implement mold prevention protocols.

- Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and providing updates.

- Collaborate with insurance agents for claim processes when required.

- Adhere to safety and health guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in water damage restoration is an asset.

- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

- Comfortable working in varied environmental conditions.

- Capacity to stand, walk, crawl, and climb as needed.
