This is home-based work opportunity for an experienced Project Manager in Healthcare IT to lead small to large-scale projects related to Philips’ Cardiology PACS systems. You will deliver projects that support the installation, development and integration of organizational image archival solutions for a national customer base.Your role

Responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating solution delivery projects from definition to taking the concepts and following through to a successful deployment achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements working with different stakeholders and leading and directing teams.

The Solutions Project Manager is responsible for managing customer facing projects to implement solutions at customer sites, as agreed in the customer contract and Statement of Work, to achieve customer-defined success criteria.

The Solution Delivery Project Manager leads solution delivery projects from inception to successful transition to support, and is responsible for full, integrated delivery including but not limited to clinical consulting, technical consulting, customer success and education deliverables.

Yo u're the right fit

You have a Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combined experience/education in the areas of: Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management

You’ve acquired 3+ years of Radiology/Cardiology Imaging experience and strong understanding of related departmental and enterprise image/clinical workflow and utilization.

Knowledge of PACS/VNA/CARD and Information System implementation methodology and ability to translate this in support of a successful implementations.

Highly organized and the ability to work effectively with a variety of clinical and technical customers resources.

Experience managing a high volume of complex projects simultaneously and working independently in a matrixed environment; Travel up to 15%.

Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $76.450 to $131,000.The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $80,500 to $138,000.The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $84,525 to $144,900.The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $90,160 to $154,560.The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
