Customer Service Associate – High-End Dry Cleaning
Join our fast-paced team! We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to assist with customer orders, inspect garments for issues, and help keep our workspace organized.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers, processing drop-offs and pickups
Accurate order entry, noting any garment issues (e.g., missing buttons, tears, discoloration etc.)
Answering calls, providing information about our services, and signing up new clients
Supporting other tasks like tagging, inspecting, and bagging items
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills & strong attention to detail
Positive attitude, punctual, and well-groomed
Team player, non-smoker, able to stand and lift as needed
Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
