Part time / Oncall Administrative Assistant

M-F 8:30-5:00
This is not full time.
3-5 days/month initially, can lead to more hours in the future.
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team and help maintain a welcoming environment for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Maintain office organization and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Assist with correspondence and communication as needed.
Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Prior Customer Service or Office Admin experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
