SUMMARY
The front desk Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide directions and information to customers, visitors, and other guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets customers, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location. Assist guests with the sign in process.
Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff and schedules appointments as necessary.
Assist with employee events, such as Company Picnic, Holiday Party, monthly engagement activities, etc.
Assist with employee surveys and compile results.
Provide assistance with recruitment and interview processes. Tracks status of candidates in ADP applicant tracking.
Prepares correspondence as requested.
Assists with the preparation of new-employee onboarding and benefit enrollment information.
Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal communication skills are a must.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel is a must.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
