Are you a passionate and experienced cook with a love for Mexican cuisine? We’re looking for a talented Lead Line Cook to join our team! As the Lead Line Cook, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen line, ensuring top-quality dishes, and overseeing the daily tasks of the kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Lead the kitchen line during service, ensuring timely and quality execution of dishes

Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and contemporary Mexican dishes

Supervise and train line cooks and kitchen staff

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following health and safety regulations

Manage daily prep tasks and ensure ingredient quality

Collaborate with the Head Chef and management on menu development

Ensure consistency in food presentation and quality

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a high-paced kitchen environment, preferably in Mexican cuisine

Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced setting

Solid knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen protocols

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Passion for food and creativity in the kitchen
