Dog Walker Needed

Looking for a dog walker to join our crew

Looking for someone to join our group of walkers in downtown Manhattan. Our walks are typically one hour long and run from 8am - 7pm M-F, though working days will be 5-8 hours long. Weekends start at 8:45am and can go into the late afternoon.

You must :

Be at least 21 years old

Be fluent in English

Be available for full time work with AT LEAST one weekend day available

Have a reliable cell phone with internet coverage and camera

LOVE dogs and be interested in learning about different breeds and basic training practices

Like cats- we also do cat visits!

Be physically fit- we walk upwards of 10 miles everyday and handle dogs of all sizes

Walk relatively fast- slow walkers need not apply

Have appropriate clothing for NYC summers and winters, and not mind the heat, cold, rain, or snow

Be extremely communicative and punctual

Be able to maintain a professional rapport with our clients- a lot of pups’ parents are working from home and want to know who their baby is spending time with

Have working knowledge of lower Manhattan and getting around on foot, bike, and by train

Be able to commit for at least 6 months - do not apply if you cannot make this commitment
