Apartment Property Manager: Free Apartment Included

An independently owned apartment community is seeking to immediately hire an experienced property manager for a [class B] apartment community in (North) Lancaster, Texas [75134]. A minimum of 3 years experience as a property manager is required, and preference will be given to any candidate who has worked with low-income rent programs (HUD, BOND, LIHTC, etc). The position offers a salary of $60 - $63K per year with health benefits, life insurance, paid holidays and accrued PTO. A free on-site apartment is included with the position.
