Drafter/ AutoCAD/ Engineering

Seeking Individual specializing in mechanical drafting.

Candidate must have familiarity with Orthographic Projection.

This position is in-house, office only

Our facility is North of Elizabeth City, NC, off of Rt 17

Candidate Responsibilities:

Must be able to articulate and communicate data via drawings, models, prints and or designs

Provide detailed and assembly drawings 3D modeling

Create 2-D drawings for multiple product lines

Makes necessary changes/ updates to existing models or drawings

Acquire technical data via catalogs, the internet and vendors to create models and drawings

Produce detailed design drawings using CAD.

Transform initial rough draft product designs and or sketches into working models and documents/ prints

Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings

Maintains relationships of models and drawing files in an organized fashion

Create and check assembly layouts and detail part drawings for in-house programs

Develops 2D and 3D drawings with guidance and oversight from senior team personnel

This position is NOT remote.
