Job Descriptions:Sigmatech is seeking highly motivated candidates with the desire and aptitude to develop and maintain the Knowledge Management Plan for Space Delta 3 (Electromagnetic Warfare). This position is responsible for: Developing and implementing the Space Delta 3 Commander's knowledge management plan. This plan will be used by the Command staff to help create business performance improvement and is centered on personnel management and systems both internal and external to the organization. This task consists of the following activities:

Conduct current state assessment of the organizations readiness to become a knowledge organization

Gathering information on the organization, its strategy and mission, as well as its processes

Conduct interviews and information sessions with internal and external stakeholders

Document information and process flows

Conduct business process re-engineering efforts as necessary such as revised Delta naming conventions and file drive management

Additionally, this position is responsible for:

Coordinating meetings for Space Delta 3 systems in development or modification

Arranging secure video teleconferences

Tracking action items in concert with each system’s government Weapon System Leads

Providing Space Delta 3 internal and external tasker routing, coordination, review, and compilation of materials on behalf of leadership for review/approval/submission

Tracking completion of Space Delta 3 directed tasks needed to address the broad range of portfolio advocacy topics (e.g., electronic taskers, congressional inquiries, verbal taskings

Providing recommendations and/or documentation (e.g., briefings, point papers, summaries) prepared by Delta 3 action officers in response to higher headquarters/senior officer taskings

Required Experience:Previous DoD Management experience Proficient in Microsoft Suite of software Excellent communication, organizational, writing, and briefing skills. Comfortable working alongside and briefing DoD Senior-level leaders Previous Space Operations experience preferred (Electromagnetic Warfare or other) Previous Executive Officer experience preferred In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $100,000 to $107,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
