We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Food Truck Staff. As a member of our food truck crew, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our customers.

We are currently Hiring for Overnight Shifts / On Call and Future Positions.

Restaurant Experience Preferred, Training available.

Must have reliable transportation.

Duties:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the head chef

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck kitchen area

- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures

- Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude

- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently

- Help with meal preparation and presentation

Skills:

- Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred

- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

- Basic cooking and knife skills recommended

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Willingness to learn and take direction from the chef or supervisor

Pay: Starting $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 45 per week
