On-Site Supervisor
ON SITE JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is crucial for ensuring that all staffing needs are met while maintaining high standards of
performance and compliance with the clients
Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Coordination: Collaborate with branch managers to efficiently coordinate the ordering and
placement of temporary associates.
2. Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth assimilation of associates into the worksite environment,
ensuring they are well-prepared to perform their roles.
3. Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily assessments of temporary associates' performance,
providing guidance and support as needed.
4. Dress Code Enforcement: Ensure that all associates adhere to the established dress code and
professional standards.
5. Training Oversight: Meet weekly with department heads to confirm that all associates are
adequately trained and fulfilling job requirements as per client specifications.
6. Feedback Communication: Provide daily updates and feedback to branch managers regarding
associate performance and any operational concerns.
7. Policy Awareness: Stay informed about all staffing policies outlined by the client to ensure
compliance and effectiveness.
8. Sick Leave Knowledge: Understand and communicate sick time laws to ensure proper handling
of associate absences.
9. Labor Law Familiarity: Be knowledgeable about the S511 Labor Law bill and its implications for
onsite management.
10. Safety Training Compliance: Familiarize yourself with all safety training requirements at the
client site, promoting a safe working environment.
11. Coverage Responsibility: Ensure full coverage at the client site, including weekends, to meet
operational demands.
12. Time Management: Manage all incoming and outgoing time records for temporary associates
and oversee the implementation of awards programs for them.
