Sous Chef/ Lead line cook

Scotts Seafood on the River is looking to add a Sous Chef or lead line cook (depending on Experience)

This position includes creating daily specials.

Along with prep/ butchery

Managing employees, scheduling, working hot and cold sides to assist the kitchen during business hours
