Property Management Company Seeking Contractors

PAY: $1000 A week with potential bonus earnings!

Large property management company seeking skilled contractors. We have a unique opportunity for individuals looking for a flexible schedule, and a steady paycheck. We have properties throughout Metro Detroit. (Driving required) This is a 1099 position (no benefits offered).

Contractors will be responsible for completing all work orders they have been assigned in a timely manner.

Contractors must complete no less than 13 work orders a week.

Contractors who complete more than 13 work orders a week, will receive an additional $45 per work order completed.

Contractors must submit photos of completed work, and a complete description of what was completed.

Contractors must have their own tools, vehicle and phone.

Contractors will be dealing directly with tenants, and must provide a professional / polite demeanor.

Skills needed: painting, drywall, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic HVAC, concrete patch work, blinds, LVP flooring, appliance install, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, ect.

We are looking for candidates to start immediately. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.
